Cottage Rentals
Okay, so you’ve called the guys, everyone’s on the list and coming up. Beer … check. Food….. check. Toilet paper….. check. Propane…. Check. ATV rental….. check! And CHECK!!! You are all set for a fun filled long weekend in the bush to do some serious mud man stuff, fishing, eating, drinking…. It’s all good. Here’s the thing though, just because it’s a smaller version, does not make that ATV or 4 Wheeler any less of a motorised vehicle at your local Ontario Cottage Rental, and the back trails than a full sized car. Cottage Rentals
So 2012 sparks a new beginning for more than just my intended and I. It is the first year we have decided to pursue small weddings and family events at our cottage rental property. For a few years now we have been approached to allow for such a type of event, but there was such a mountain of list of things to do before we could even conceive of hosting such a hugely important day, and as well, so many people. It all changed this year when we decided we would launch it first by doing our own wedding at our property. Cottage Rentals
If you have ever done the math, sat down and looked at the amount of time you spend driving, flying or riding on a bus to enjoy your vacation, it would probably shock you. I sat down once and actually figured out that I spent a whole day of travel to make it to a 4 day tropical vacation in the Bahamas. The flight delay, the amount of time spent packing and prepping, the amount of time spent waiting in line up after line up, it made me angry. That’s not why I put aside time. I do it to rest, relax, kick off the loafers, and slip on the sandals and enjoy the weather and the peace. Well guess what? Cottage renting can be that way for you. Read more »
