We have a family owned designer decorated stunning 3 bedroom
bungaloft. Our home is very spacious and includes soaring
windows in every room allowing for loads of natural light. we
have 5 skylights and great cathedral ceilings giving unique
architectural detail. we offer hardwood floors in the living and
dining area. the kitchen is very high end with a bertazzoni gas
stove and viking commercial fridge. There are 2 bedrooms on the
main floor and 1upstairs. There are 3 washrooms also nicely
decorated.The home is fully equipped and very comfortable. It
could easily be featured in a decorating magazine. We provide 2
tv's with dvd players and leave movies for all ages as well as
games. Amenities with our home include access to a saltwater
swimming pool as well as a sandy beachfront which is
"private" for residents only and is on the river with a
clear view of georgian bay. the beach house has a large grassy
area, a bbq, and indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy. walking
trails are directly across the road. We are located near beach
area one in East Wasaga. A large wraparound deck also provides
for lounging outside.This is a home that is rented out to
families. We offer wifi.
There are many restaurants closeby as well as several grocery
stores. This is a non smoking site. We ask for a deposit of half
the weekly cost of 1500.00 to secure your date. The rental is
