The cottage is located in the center of the resort. This 900
square foot cottage features a Muskoka Room (3 season room
surrounded with glass and screens) and was constructed in the
spring of 2008. I have 5 weeks per year (Sunday to Sunday)
The resort is set on a very large lot with cottages quietly
nestled among the trees overlooking open meadows, a sandy beach
and clear blue water. The property has more than 400 feet of
shoreline, most of which is a large sandy beach. The complex
includes an activity center (including a fitness center, games
room, children's play area, library and lounge), indoor pool
(including a whirpool and sauna), activity lawn, 1 tennis court,
activity court, skating rink and snow tube hill (depending on the
season) and a natural forest with a trail.
The cottage is located in the center of the resort. This
professionally decorated and fully furnished cottage was
constructed in spring of 2008 and features solid pine doors,
hardwood floors, gas fireplace, air conditioning, heated tile
floors in bathrooms, LCD flat-panel TV and custom kitchen
cabinetry. The large open wood deck has a propane BBQ and wooden
muskoka chairs.

Lake of Bays is located in the northeast corner of the District
of Muskoka. The area offers a natural landscape of forests,
rocks, lakes and wetlands.
Lake of Bays is a favourite all season destination. It is ideal
for swimming, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, waterskiing,
sailing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, alpine and
nordic skiing, skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing and dog
sledding.
FOUR SEASON RENTAL PRICING:
This cottage is only available 5 weeks each year. The weeks left
for 2012 are October 7, 2012 to October 14, 2012, December 2,2012
to December 8, 2012. Spring week is $1,000 May 26, 2013 to June
2, 2013 and summer is winter is $1.600 - June 30, 2013 to July 7,
2013. 50% due on booking, balance 10 days prior to possession. A
security deposit of $500 is also due and will be returned within
a week of receiving a clean check-out report from the property
manager.
