Lac Gagnon chalet is a private and quiet cottage located at the
end of a private access road - no thru-traffic - great for those
with children or pets.
The cottage has a very shallow, easy-access waterfront 40 ft from
the cottage & the lake is clean and has good swimming for all
ages. The cottage comes equipped with a canoe and peddleboat to
explore the lake, large deck and gas BBQ for dinners outdoors,
& waterfront dock to sit and enjoy sunsets.
Kids will enjoy fishing right off the dock, plus our lake's
private tennis courts & playground. Also there is a
convenience store right at our lake as well.
We are very well situated in the Laurentians with easy access to
Mont Tremblant (17 minutes to the north slopes) or Mont Saint
Sauveur.
The cottage interior has all wood pine walls & oak
flooring/carpeting, corner antique-style fireplace, and huge
lake-view windows. The cottage comes equipped with TV/DVD
(movies only)..
Pine walls throughout chalet, cozy corner fireplace, large
picture window overlooking lake, separate dining area w/vaulted
ceiling, equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, coffee maker,
kettle, full fridge, stove), master bedroom on main level, 2
bedrooms in upstairs loft - fun for kids!!

Situated in the municipality of Val des Lac, Quebec, Canada.
Very uniquely located with a very easy short-cut to Mont
Tremblant ski slopes, yet still very close to Montreal.
Approximately 17 minutes to Tremblant North ski slopes, 25
minutes to Mont Tremblant village, 20 minutes to Mont Blanc, 15
minutes from St. Agathe-des- Monts, 1 hr, 15 minutes north of
Montreal, 2 hrs from Ottawa. Less than 15 min. to groceries,

Lac Gagnon is a 2 km long non-motorized lake AAA rated fresh
mountain water (drinkable)
Stocked with 2500 Speckled Trout in spring
Activities:
There are great tennis courts and a children's playground in the
summer, and hockey rink overlooking the valley in the winter at

Bedrooms
3 Bdrm. Closed master w/double bed on main level, 2 semi closed
bedrooms in loft w/single beds on one side of loft, double bed on
other. Loft overlooks dining room and part of living room.
Very cozy for kids! Cottage sleeps up to 6-7.
Kitchen
Equipped with toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle,
fridge/stove, lots of storage cabinets, full glasswares and
cookwares
Living room
Fireplace, large 6 foot wide lakeview window, queen sofa bed,
TV/VCR (movies only), CD player, door leading to deck.
Dining Area
Pine table w/view of side of house and deck. Vaulted ceilings in
dining area overlook loft.
Bath
One small bathroom w/shower in separate room.

Private well - excellent drinking water, no taste
